Horrorpops - Hell Yeah (9/10)

I don't typically rate any album this high but I'm on a bit of a binge with the Horrorpops. They recently announced that they will be releasing a live album in June which will be their first release of any kind since 2008.

I land somewhere between casual and hardcore when it comes to being a fan of psychobilly music. I consider this album the benchmark for excellence in the genre.

I hope they decide to visit the Cleveland area again so I can spend a night in the pit. When will I be too old for this? Never!

Side one is soooo perfect.

It's good for your body, it's good for your soul

I just checked this out since I had never heard of it. I have "Missing Out" on repeat play. Very cool and I'm now looking for my lava lamp, man

Thanks!

Great track Buckeye-hard to believe albums like this and better albums sunk without trace.Lava lamps by Crestworth are best for accompanying this album.Having a prog out Saturday and played King Crimson Red after this.
