In Wikipedia I found this about their private lives.
Quote:
Their private lives are otherwise almost entirely unknown. "Well, we're in good company with Bob Dylan", was their reported response. "We feel the less you do know, it keeps the mythology and the image in a better position." Even to the question of whether they have partners or spouses, they refused to give an indication, insisting that "the vagueness is more interesting than the reality.

I love that attitude and it's a big reason why I admire them. But do you have any information about their private lives or opinions about things?

What has always puzzled me, why have a “mythology”? If it were to proctect loved ones from deranged people’s stalking, death threats, etc, sure. But to be more interesting, how is vagueness more interesting?

Because it makes you wonder

It hasn’t, but maybe that’s just me! :D
Huh, isn’t it counterproductive then? Making people wonder, focus on it?

I can only recommend watching "The Sparks Brothers" and following their social media postings, many of them coming directly from their homes (when not on tour like now). There is so much private life revealed that fans of most other artists / bands must envy us. In the end you might find out that there is no mythology at all, but a very cool lifestyle instead.

Bullshit. They are too smart for you to know anything
