Keeping this out of the HB thread, but came across a film as titled above that our very own maestro had what appears aa decent role.

This has completely passed me by !

First time I hear about this, Russell did quite a lot of collaborations for the past couple of years, that's impressive.

I hope we'll all be able to watch it soon.

Just had another delve into Russell's IMDB and he's credited as being on Band Aid 20. Had a look at the video and couldn't see him. Anyone with better eyes than me ?

He's definitely not in the video, can't hear his highly recognizable voice either, and he's not listed anywhere on the song's wiki page anyway...

Weird... his name doesn't appear at all on this article though:

What kind of sorcery is this? Have we entered some parallel universe or something?

The mystery deepens, on the IMDb list, Ron's on there too. Maybe it's the Doris Day story for that decade

The video for the Ramones' "Something To Believe In" (1986) featured a parody of all those charity groups; Ron and Russell are among the musicians in 'Ramones Aid/Hands Across Your Face.'

I wonder how I didn't know The Becomers sooner. The review on Collider makes it quirky and interesting. I adding it to my watchlist. contexto
