Compared with today...sunny with occasional clouds...at least it's dry...I missed the horrendous hail yesterday by 5 minutes

-2 C here. The sun shining on all the ice-laden trees is quite pretty for now; the ice should melt off this afternoon as temperatures rise. Thankfully my power and Internet have been restored, but crews are still clearing the fallen trees, branches, etc. from the latest ice storm.

Slightly warmer here in Paris after the storm yesterday (must've been much worse in the UK, hope you guys are all ok over there), but still a bit chilly.

Good news is the mulled wine season isn't over yet!

Torrential rain, heavy hail, thunder and lightning...then it's all stopped suddenly.

Last two days have been very cold with the north wind blowing. It's spring but feels more like winter.

A beautiful day here...not just sunny but warm with it...was able to wear just a tee shirt and shorts while walking the dog...the pale legs got an airing without frightening the horses 😄😄

I'm very jealous.... Over here it's raincoats and wellies... And not a pale bare leg in sight!

This past week was freaking cold, I even had to put the heating on again for a few days. It's now getting a bit better, but I still wear my warm jumper at home.
At least it's not raining (too much)

We had some light show last night...
Initially I was awoken by what I thought was someone with a torch in our back garden...it was in fact sheet lightning in the distance...couldn't even hear thunder.
That changed within the hour...torrential hail and rain, constant thunder and a fantastic display of sheet lightning
