Can't believe nobody has voted for Big Beat, so I have. It may not be the most accomplished album but it is the only one that is guaranteed to make me laugh every time I listen to it. It is so damned silly. Sometimes I wonder if Ron deliberately writes the daftest things he can think of just to see if Russell is prepared to sing them! (I am thinking here in particular of 'I bought the Mississippi', whatever was he thinking?)

I voted for A Woofer in Tweeter's Clothing. Funny title and I love Girl from Germany, Moon over Kentucky and Underground. But I also like Halfnelson and Kimono my House.

Newspark,
You don't need a buying guide just buy them all, all are different but some how they kind of plot a musical path to offbeatsville, Indiscreet was by the way my first ever sparks album so I kinda think thats as good a place as any to start. Just beware of Interior Design this is akin to Bowies early to mid 80's fodder - serious collector only stuff I think. A.T.B with your hunting down all of em!
