OT but right now they are playing the soundtrack music for Once Upon a Time in the West which is some of my favorite movie music EVER. Also one of my favorite movies ever.

Bravo to this DJ!!

Yay for CD Pulse working again, too!

Where's everyone tonight? Best webcast for ages and this is an under rated album - sweet!

Look out for revised starting times posted on allsparks tonight....

CD Pulse patched up and back in action tonight. Compared to last night this is like Blue Ray with Dolby. Listened to this CD today for the first time in a while and it got me nicely prepared for tonight (add a spot of Cava, sunny night and it's near perfect). Loving what they're doing with it. Highlight so far - Lots Of Reasons. Always lurved that one. Looking forward to 6 hours of Madonna in Cantonese, Urdu, Gaelic, Welsh and Finish!

the rest was ok, not comparable with other highs of the spectacular but so much better than on the record!

Certainly not my favourite album, but -once again- the live performance is so much better than the record. Live stream is perfect today, so I'm having a good time. I'm off, my fave track is on next! (Madonna).

They're performing it brilliantly but man, these songs stink! I wish this album never existed!

That was so hot when Russell did that sexy little move during "Stop Me If You've Heard This Before" when he got to the word "gyrating" .
This is such a beautiful album, loved Russell's falsetto as he sang "Let's Make Love".

How relieved was I when CD Pulse kicked in at 5 to 9!!

Having tried (and failed) for years to convince people how good this album really is I was desperate to see it live after the last two let-downs (not the concerts - the streaming).

I sit here now with a self-satisfied expression, and all I can say is told you so!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you witnessed this and still don't rate the album, there is no hope for you.

From first to last this was a blast. The multi-layered complexities of the tracks were transferred to the live stage expertly. After a tentative start Russell was superb and Ron was, er....well....Ron.

Heaven, Lots of Reasons, Toughest Girl and Madona the highlights for me, closely followed by the rest. Even Love-O-Rama wasn't that bad!!

So, is this the most under-rated Sparks album? Discuss.........................

You know,I get to like every album better since I've seen them live, even the one's that weren't so good in my opinion(80's).They got life to me now!!!!!Madonna is one of my fav's on this one and what I hoped for came true ;Russell also sung in french!!Big brass ring sounded great!!2nd encore It's kinda like the movies, nice!!!!!!

Madonna was great (even if not performed in Estonian, Greek and Klingon)!

Thank God CD Pulse was working tonight as out of all the albums this is the one I most wanted to see. Not because it's my favourite but because for me it's never had any real connection with Ron and Russell. As far as I'm aware they've never played any of the songs live and none of the songs are featured on Plagiarism. The tracks aren't particularly bad but with the notable exception of Madonna and Lots of Reasons, their lyrics lack the usual Sparks wit. It's even the first album where images of Ron and Russell don't appear somewhere in the album sleeves. You could almost say it's like the mad relative who lives in the attic and no one talks about!

Well for one night only Ron and Russell have reclaimed their abandoned offspring. My favourite, Love-O-Rama (yes really) didn't come off as well live as I expected but the "you'll feel my love and then you'll know" refrains were just as hypnotic as on the album. So Important. Lots of Reasons, The Toughest Girl in Town" - I thought they rocked. I don't think there was anything they could have done to redeem You Got a Hold of My Heart . Unfortunately I couldn't see all the concert (had to run the kids to school - yes life does go on). Would've loved to see Madonna. Did he do it in English and French?
