All - wanted to let you all know directly that the great Becky Jones - aka Highersynth in these parts - is my latest guest on Sparks: Entertainment and Art. FANTASTIC conversation about Becky's Sparks Journey, but also great discussion - true deep dives - into Let's Go Surfing, Thank God It's Not Christmas, and many more! Becky is a great thinker who looks deeply into Sparks's lyrics, on many, many levels.

Can't thank Becky enough for coming on the show and sharing all of her great insights! And wanted to pass on this special note because of her presence here.

Great stuff again Monte. Loved Becky's interpretation of Let's Go Surfing, what an incredibly deep lyric that is behind another superficially happy sounding song.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments - and Dinky, you're the first one yet to spot the reference to Mrs Bucket.

It was such a fun conversation - Monte is a great host, so chatting about Sparks was easy. Stopping - that was more challenging!

What a lovely interview Monte & Becky..Sparks fans are usually lovely people and share many similar experiences so when they chat it really is relaxed and fun.
Becky i love how honest you were about turning your back on Sparks after Terminal Jive but it was great how you found them again.
