You must know Paul McCartney...The Beatles ????

The Seekers I think were a folk type group from the 60`s and the Carpenters were a "middle of the road" balladeering duo, one of which is now famously dead due to anorexia or related illness`s.....

As the old saying goes, Anorexics, when your knees are fatter than your thighs, it`s time to start eating cakes again.

FA: this is for you for being negative

I don't quite know how to answer this. Don't have time to investigate other websites much so how do we know what their fans are like? A couple I've seen are just hideous though, with lots of swearing and really stupid comments. Looks like FA thinks our comments are lame as well ! But he keeps coming back for more!

Of all of the Sparks fans I have met so far, not one of them can be remotely classed as boring. GfG and Alex have a cracking sense of humour and their posts really cheer me up. I also have never been classed as 'boring' - far from it. Proper party animal I am :-))

He is just having a bit of tongue in cheek fun...same as the people who voted for "saprks".

I think you are right Alex - it is just FA's sense of humour. Mind you, I never noticed the 'saprks'!!

I can imagine Queen as a pretty influential band before "The Game" when they went mainstream....I used to like them before that, but then....something happened.

I still think Roger Taylor had a far superior voice than Freddie M....the old queen.....(allegedly), anyway, he`s dead now, so after that onslaught of post-mortem tracks that kept appearing (seemingly more than he did than when alive) we can rest assured that now it`s all died down, and there will be no more flies in the ointment, and the first 3 or 5 LP`s will stay at their rightful place in pop-eratic-rock history .......he can Rest In Peas.....

How can Sparks fans be boring?

They are a colourful and wonderful mix of, if not sometimes a strange group who appear, from this site very individual people

Now, How can that be boring?

(answers on a postcard to.....................)

Is that lots of fun to pick downsides of fans of other groups and hail yourself?

Rael

By no means was I being detrimental when I commented on the individuality of Sparks fans far from it.

It's good to know many have a good sense of humour 'cos you sure need it alot of the time, especially being a Sparks fan. People can take you oh too seriously sometimes and lifes too short. Don't you agree?
