Alas my tickets won't arrive at all. When I spoke to the geezer on the phone, it was decided that it was better for me to collect it at the box office, as sending the ticket all the way to the UK, only for it to travel all the way back again was a bit pointless.

Had another look last night at Orbitz & Farecompare to see if i could find cheap flights from Mexico to LAX or nearby ...but no luck.... nooooohoooo luck ( name that Sparks tune

The best one is around 240 euros

She'll be hard to convince with prices like this one.

h...methinks to combine Sparks with a trip to Vegas! Right now, everyone...its chaep to get to Vegas..and then you can rent a car for unwalkable LA!

I put a notice in the classified section that I'm looking for a few tickets. I know they're still on sale, but if it's possible to help out a Sparks fan who finds they have tickets they need to unload, I'd prefer to help out. Just let me know. Come Monday or so, I"ll just purchase them.

I just heard that inside Royce Hall that there is a restuarant of some sort, I don't know what they serve or even if they serve alcohol. Will look into it tomorrow at work. If so that would be a great place to meet up before the concert.

As much as I would dearly love to go to LA(It's a city I'd like to visit even if Sparks weren't playing)...I'm afraid I don't have the financial resources for it(...another way of saying "skint"....lol)...now if everyone on the boards would like to club together and..............
