I posted recently that we had snow 2 days ago one town over from us. We got a bit of sleet. I still think it's May, all evidence to the contrary...good thing I love cold, dreary weather. :)

We've had snow too. A bit sun two days ago, grey yesterday and today doesn't look too promising either.

However, it's Norway's national day on Monday, and snow on that day is more the rule than an exception.

(I do wish it could get a bit warmer, though.
I have an excessive summer wardrobe, and usually less than a month's time to wear it.)

today we had about 6 hours of rain.....at one time the rain was so heavy it looked like the streets would flood as the drains struggled with the down pour - it was wonderful and for the first day in weeks I had a hay fever free day !

As a fellow sinus-sufferer, I rejoice with you! I hope the pollen count stays low for you for awhile.

I just browsed the past posts from this winter...was it only a few months ago we were chatting about all the snow?

Today is the 5th day of a record-breaking heatwave. Now we're under a flash flood watch due to thunderstorms (though I haven't seen one yet). Hopefully they're correct and after the rain we'll be in the low to mid 80s F. That's much better than this week's temps around 100F.

Eric! Stop rubbing it in please! It's cold and wet where I am, as always! :( (No virgin snow, or sunshine, just cold drizzle. I remember Kirkcaldy being like that) .... ;)

Home tonight and around 45F in Kirkcaldy.
Left Denver last night and was still around 80F in the evening.
Been a long day - body clock will hopefully be good by Sunday.

You're having my kind of weather.
We're having a bit of Indian Summer with highs around the mid 70s F; but the beauty of the mountains, down into the 40s at night. Showers off and on starting tomorrow, but the leaves are in full color right now.

How come the heat always works fine in the summer? That's the part I can't figure out. ;)
