Has to be Indiscreet. Tony Visconti and Sparks are a match made in heaven.

As for the others often cited as the best:

Kimono My House is a brilliant glam rock album but it just isn't consistent. Some of the tracks just scream "FILLER" to me. It's evident that what the Maels said about them having no songs when arriving in the UK is true.

Propaganda has a lot less filler but it lacks the punchiness of KMH with the exception of Don't Leave Me Alone With Her. It would take decades for the boys to strike a decent middle ground between rock and pure pop.

N1IH was revolutionary but it seemed more like a Giorgio Moroder album than a Sparks one.
