I absolutely love it! I think it's one of the best records they've released. I've listened to it several times now and it's really 'clicked' with me. I'm really looking forward to getting the English version so I can understand all the lyrics, and follow the story fully. Despite that however the story is fairly easy to follow which is great. |

WOW
Either i set-up this poll wrong or we've all gone mild or most of us agree that is't a good album. It must be a good album, i don't believe SPARKS fans become mild over time. _________________ "Somebody's been putting pineapple juice in my pineapple juice!"

Eh, 56% of us say it's among their best.
Maybe we think it isn't THE best because Sparks set the bar so high? |

It's one of their best, definitely.
Haven't liked an album this much since Lil' Beethoven.
I love the concept, the story and the songs binds it all together perfectly. I'm a huge fan of radio musicals/theatre, and I love albums that has to be played in it's entirity to get the whole picture.
I've spoken to a couple who doesn't feel that they can judge it properly until they actually understand it.
I understand Swedish very well, so for me this is heaven on a record, and the swedish actors are amazing. Funny little story in the liner notes as well, that shows that Mr. Bergman himself had a say about this. Lovely. _________________ Not so suave.

I don't consider it as an album but as a radioplay what it is. I think it' s a wonderful tribute to Mr. B and I really love the music and the crazy, hilarious story (I understand Swedish well also) and the combination of two languages makes it perfect. IMO the best Sparks creation after Lil B! _________________ Live fast and die young

The more I listen to it, the more I realise how strong the music in it is. I enjoy the fact that I'm not skipping to hear certain songs. I'm listening to the whole piece from start to finish. And when you do it that way, it's splendid.
It's designed to be listened from start to finish. Like most albums really... |
My opinion too. _________________ Entertainment or art - one should know from the start |

I missed out on all the radio broadcasts. However by chance I read a short review of the work. My curiousity aroused, I just had to get a copy. Totally unsure of how, or if, such a complex subject could be carried off. This is a work of pure genius, both musically and lyrically.........the pictures it conjures up are brilliant too. A piece of work that all involved should be proud of. I for one would like to thank the Messrs Mael, what a triumph. |
