Great song Mott The Hoople song featuring Mick Ralphs on vocals. Nice montage of photos.

This is horrible. I heard his brother died with him in the accident (he was a professional football player too), he had 3 children and a wife he married just a couple of weeks ago. Really sad. |

Glenn Michael…aged 99…probably only known to Scottish TV viewers
Presented a show called Cartoon Cavalcade(later as Glenn Michael’s Cavalcade…more Glenn and less cartoons) but there was, to my memory, no other programme dedicated to non-stop cartoons…even if it was only about 20 minutes long! |

I can't believe Ozzy just died... I'm in shock even though I knew he wasn't well. |

Joey Jones RIP Liverpool Legend and i had the honour of playing against him when he played for Huddersfield he marked me out of the game.1-0 defeat but i knew i had been up against a class player..If you read his story i think he probably had the best banner ever made by a fan when he played for Liverpool in Europe.
RIP Joey _________________ WRITTEN OF COURSE BY THE MIGHTIEST HAND |

Peter I think you played for Grimsby Town, when you played against Joey Jones was it a cup game around 1986, very lucky to have played against a top world class player _________________ -------------------

Without checking i think it was a League game mate,It was 1986 indeed..I was lucky to play against a lot of class players although at the time i didnt realise how good some would be like Teddy Sherringham,Ian Wright ec..Just reading about Joey he won the fans player of the year in 1986 for Huddersfield.. _________________ WRITTEN OF COURSE BY THE MIGHTIEST HAND |

I do remember Cleo Laine, I am sure she was a regular guest singer on the Morecambe and Wise show _________________ -------------------
