Sad news about Tom Lehrer - a very talented songwriter, and, I'm sure, mathematician too.

My heart is breaking a bit. He was a solid fixture in my childhood. I knew all his songs even though I didn't know exactly what some of them meant (thank you, Mom and Dad, for letting me sing "Smut" at the top of my lungs).

A piece of his song "National Brotherhood Week" (lyrics slightly changed) was used in Henry McHenry's first set in Annette.

I didn't know he had move back to Cambridge, Massachusetts, the town next to mine. I don't know what I would have done had I known.

Sad to see Prof. Lehrer go, but 97 years including careers in music and math... what a life he lived!

I confess I didn't know who Tom Lehrer was, but I just listened to this song you mentioned, and this was deliciously funny.
Thanks for that bit of knowledge!

With the debug error, it seems like there was no mention of fashion designer Giorgio Armani’s passing…I was never skinny enough to carry off his “look”!
