I mentioned my idea for a commemorative tee shirt on another thread… but hope this milestone anniversary doesn’t slip by unheeded |

great investigating !!!!, good news for both indiscreet and big beat both in picture disc and colour versions, it would have been nice if the sparks 75 - 76 cd would have had new bonus material or instrumenal version, nevermind a great new release for the die hards |

Unfortunately, I can't find any of these releases on amazon.com. I hope that they get released in the US as well. I do have a question, however. Do we know if these are releases to which Sparks have given their blessing? As I recall, they were not happy about those Repertoire re-releases a few years ago. _________________ better drop the requirement that everything be great |

Just noticed the LPs/CDs are now available in the Sparks store. Here's hoping that more "stuff" becomes available there in the none-too-distant future. |

I won't be buying the CD's as i already have all the bonus songs on Indiscreet & Big Beat. Was hoping for unreleased songs. |

I feel like a really bad Sparks fan because l won't be getting any of these....l love to watch Sparks videos,to see them in concert,to listen to their interviews (l've even bought some Sparks mugs!) but way above all of these things is the music....that will always be the most important thing and so it should be....so...
I've got this music already,(and everything else they've done....l adore it...l dont need it in another format, but what l DO need is.....)
All the odds and ends that are floating about all over the
place....gathered together on one cd....stuff from Mai the Psychic Girl, Don't Go Away, Christmas without a Prayer (a classic song, not just a classic Sparks song)....all the bits and pieces that have accumulated over the years.......l daresay there are copyright/legal issues whatever, that l don't understand but really it would be a joy to have all these fragments on one accessible cd.......PLEASE!
Could some of you people out there arrange it in time for Christmas?
Thanks...that would be great! 😅 |

One thing I'm slightly disappointed in is that the new releases don't come with a download code. Many LPs/CDs are now sold with a download included. I can understand that for analogue-recorded ones it's probably more complicated to do this but I did wonder if it could have been done for Mad! I know they sell the download separately but I was slightly disappointed when I bought the Mad! LP that it didn't have one. |

Your post made me smile Judes.....
Here l am bemoaning the fact that l have to search the Internet for bits and pieces of Sparks songs and wondering why l can't have them all on a cd......
And you're wishing for a download code.....(can you guess that l have no idea what that is!)
Once again though this is another indication of the range and wonderful assortment that make up the Sparks fan base! |

And now I'm feeling overly demanding! A download code is just a bit of paper included with the album which has a unique code on it which, when you go to the label's website, will let you download a digital copy of the album to your phone or other device. I think it may be the label's decision to do this. |

Ha ha......not demanding at all Judes.....the difference is you're living in the 21st century and l'm hovering somewhere near punk/padded shoulders and Pot Noodles........ |

All a bit much really, I know there's no obligation to buy but from memory in the last year we've had
A big Noel package
The 1000 limited edition Annette triple album
Not long since I shelled out over £200 for the 20th Century collection
I've no problem with all the various options on Mad, it's a new release but I'm getting a bit fed up with all the re re re releases of old stuff |
