Sparks were supposed to headline tonight at the Hopscotch Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina. Unfortunately, there was a major thunderstorm event that left a ton of water on the stage. Sparks were forced to cancel because it was too dangerous for them to go on. It was not their call. They posted this message on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/p/DOSNVU4EchN/
